Walls built with the Thermomass Building Insulation System are among the most durable within the building industry. The composite CONCRETE/STYROFOAM/CONCRETE wall has the insulating qualities of concrete more than 1 metre thick with the inner concrete wall whose temperature has been adjusted to that desired for the purpose of the building. The inner concrete wall is shielded and insulated from the outside world by the Styrofoam core in the concrete wall making the building environmentally friendly and highly energy efficient, saving the environment – with significantly reduced requirement for heating and cooling, regardless of where you build, and also saving you money – with continued energy cost savings throughout the life of the building.  Thermomass buildings are also pest and termite resistant, have lower on-going building maintenance costs and an overall longer building life.
