With major cities around Australia experiencing an apartment “boom” – how many of these apartments are set up for long term energy efficiency and value to both owners and tenants? Not many. From our experience, time after time we come across apartment buildings thrown up as cheaply as possible, following conventional, outdated insulation techniques that barely satisfy BCA Section J, with little regard for the comfort and sustainability of the new dwellings.

A THERMOMASS insulated panel  is no more expensive than conventional concrete/stud wall/bulk insulation/ plasterboard wall constructions and is vastly superior in thermal aspects.
