THERMOMASS is a cornerstone of good passive design, offering both a superior insulation envelope and a high amount of thermal mass on the inside of the building to passively regulate the temperature. Precast concrete is practically indestructible and will continue to provide the University with a highly practical, attractive and energy efficient space for many years to come.
